Work Experience
- Lead development of after school programs for both on site programs and extention programs
- Examine and increase enrollments in areas where registrations don't meet minimums
- Train employees on use of registration system and how to answer the phone
- Coordinate with school districts, city employees and staff on distributing flyers in schools around class locations
- Launch and maintain an entirely new web site for the company
- Develop, troubleshoot and debug the new web site
- Manage 20 teachers and two head instructors to ensure program quality and consistency across after school class and camp programming.
